Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how FairPull uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on fairpull.com. We keep this to a minimum: only strictly-necessary storage and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.
What we use
- Strictly-necessary storage. We store your sign-in session and display preferences (such as theme and card size) in your browser's local storage so the app works and remembers your settings. These are essential — without them you can't stay signed in.
- Cookieless analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that measures aggregate usage (page views, referrers, approximate country derived from your IP address) without cookies, without tracking you across other websites, and without building a profile of you.
What we don't use
We do not use advertising, targeting, marketing, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not allow third parties to serve behavioral advertising through FairPull. We do not sell or share your information for cross-context advertising.
Links to eBay
When you click through to eBay from a deal or listing, eBay may set its own cookies on your device under eBay's own policies, which we don't control. That happens on eBay, not on FairPull.
Managing cookies and storage
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and local storage in their settings. Because the storage we use is strictly necessary, blocking it will sign you out and reset your preferences — but FairPull sets no advertising cookies for you to opt out of. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no agreed standard for them; and since we don't sell, share, or use your data for advertising, such a signal has nothing to opt out of.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy; we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
