By using FairPull you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
FairPull provides estimated market prices for Pokémon cards and surfaces third-party eBay listings for informational purposes. It is not financial, investment, or purchasing advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on FairPull. FairPull is intended for adults and is not directed to children. If you are under 18, you may use FairPull only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. FairPull only links out to third-party marketplaces; any purchase you make is governed by that marketplace's own eligibility and age requirements (for example, eBay requires buyers to be at least 18). No guarantee of accuracy
Prices are estimates derived from third-party sold-listing and catalog data and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify details on eBay before buying. You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions.
Third-party content & transactions
Listings, prices, and availability come from eBay and other third parties and can change at any time. Purchases happen on eBay under eBay's own terms; FairPull is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for third-party content or conduct.
Affiliate disclosure
FairPull participates in the eBay Partner Network and may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through our links, at no extra cost to you.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
FairPull's core search is free. If and when we offer a paid ("Pro") plan, the following applies: paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. If a plan's price changes, we will give you advance notice and the new price will apply to your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The FairPull name, brand, and original content are ours. "Pokémon" and related marks are property of Nintendo / The Pokémon Company; "eBay" is a trademark of eBay Inc. FairPull is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairPull will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on prices, estimates, or listings.
Changes
We may modify the service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. You can stop using FairPull and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and the general terms below) will continue to apply.
General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and FairPull. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Geographic scope
FairPull is intended for users in the United States. We do not target or direct the service to individuals in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions, and we make no representation that FairPull is appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you choose to access FairPull from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law. FairPull catalogs Pokémon cards printed in many languages because collectors in the US buy international cards — that multilingual catalog is a product feature, not an offering directed at users in those countries.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
